ROLE  

Dual-Payload ADC Developer (Technical Research Personnel)

This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in organic chemistry or bioconjugation, seeking to apply their skills in the burgeoning field of ADC development under the guidance of global industiral leaders. Candidates with ADC-related research experience and excellent communication skills will be given priority.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Dual-Payload UniStac Backbone Optimization: This involves focusing on the improvment of Dual-Payload Backbones of UniStac,
  Onegene's proprietary protein-protein conjugation technology

- Dual-Payload Library Construction: The role will also require you to lead the construction and development of a comprehensive
  Dual-Payload Library, enabling fast mix-and-match

- Coordination among Stakeholders: You will act as a liaison between global KOLs, academic collaborator, and internal members of
  Onegene Biotechnology. This coordination role will facilitate communication and collaboration to meet project goals

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must have completed or be currently pursuing a doctoral degree

- Fluency in English is required

- Coursework in Organic Chemistry and experience in Organic Synthesis or Bioconjugation are necessary

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in ADC related research is highly desirable

- Excellent communication skill

- Knowledge of and experience in Medicinal Chemistry would be a strong advantage
